New Orleans Gateway- Jefferson Convention and Visitors Bureau The Jefferson Convention & Visitors Bureau will take action to assist you with securing crew housing in Jefferson Parish near the Nims Center and Jefferson Parish Film District for your upcoming film or television series. The CVB can also provide contacts for our member attractions and restaurants. We do all of the hard work for you behind the scenes! What we do at the CVB is gather all of your specifications for your overnight or extended stay accommodations and send out this information to all of the hotels in Jefferson parish. They can then respond directly to you with their availability and rates or they can respond to the CVB and we can compile a recap for you of all responses. You then have an overview of all hotels and their rates and can make a decision without having to do all of the legwork. You would still secure a contract individually with the hotel, but the CVB is here to assist you with obtaining the best rates and overnight availability for your crew.
