With over 100,000 sqft. of office, stage and support space all in one convenient location, the Nims Center provides a creative environment for feature films, network television productions and streaming service productions.

The Nims Center provides over 10,000 sqft. of climate controlled costume and laundry facilities, props and set dec storage and lock-up cages, Cast dressing rooms and a green room. Stage E can be scheduled for insert shots, publicity events and stills.

The Nims Center has space for on-site dailies, editorial suites, a 40 seat screening room and a full service ADR and recording studio.

The Nims Center is a division of the University of New Orleans Foundation which supports programs and departments at the University of New Orleans. Our internship program gives University of New Orleans film students an inside look at the industry and opportunities for growth.

The Nims Center is proud to host the Robert E. Flieshman Dawn of Cinema collection. A one of a kind display of pre-cinema devices from the late 1800's and early 1900's. A full online experience coming soon.
